My laptop's disk usage kept reaching 99% or higher consistently. I discovered Superfetch was likely the culprit. After searching, I learned it’s designed for background tasks, so I stopped using many apps—especially more than one per month. It would be helpful to understand why it consumes such high CPU and storage.
