Hi everyone! I'm struggling to get my sister's laptop back using the recovery partition. She mentioned a recovery partition, but I'm not sure how to access it. I tried using Windows reset and factory settings, but I need a media device to proceed. Could anyone help me fix this issue? Thanks!

An option should exist to go back to an earlier version of Windows without performing a full factory reset. I needed this on my system after accidentally deleting files in the registry, and it resolved the issue.
