You received a notification after the Windows update stating you were signed into a default/guest account and couldn't access your files or apps like Netflix or Skype. Experts suggest logging out of the guest account to return to your normal account as an admin. This issue occurred about 3-4 days ago, and logging out clears saved data and history. Passwords are also reset.

Refer to the instructions at the provided link. Ensure you're using Safemode if you lack a second admin account.
