Hey everyone. Selling my PC to a friend who wants Windows 7. I’ve tried everything to install it, but it’s not working. I’m wondering if swapping the CPU or motherboard would help. My machine uses an H170 and G4620 components. Any advice would be really appreciated.

It might still be possible, but Microsoft could fail to provide updates, leaving your system as an outdated version for newer CPU models.

Starts freezing during Windows 7 boot. Trying a PS2-style keyboard while reading might make a difference.
