I don't know of a reliable Windows 7 VM that avoids resource leaks and remains stable.

Oracle Virtualbox offers a solid option, supporting multiple virtual machines simultaneously. However, it doesn't function consistently across all PCs. Based on my experience, it may not be as dependable as expected. Right now, I rely on VMware Player for my setup—it only permits one virtual machine at a time and lets you choose the virtualization method. Since I haven't extensively used VMware Player yet, I can't definitively say it's superior. They seem comparable in performance. For now, I recommend sticking with the ones I've tested first.
