Hello, I recently switched back to Windows 7 from Windows 10 because of too many problems. It functioned properly for a day. Now, every time I start up, the image appears distorted since I had to resize it for upload. The monitor resolution is 1920x1080, and the desktop stays within its boundaries in Safe mode, which works fine. (That’s where I shared this issue.) When the system boots without anything on the screen, I can press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and open Task Manager. Explorer.exe is running, so that doesn’t seem to be the cause. Do you have any suggestions?
