You can replace the Windows logo in the Start Menu with your YouTube logo by using the built-in settings. Go to Settings > Personalization > Start menu, select your profile picture, and then choose a YouTube image. This will update the logo for future launches.

Sure, you're all set. Just create a special file meant for starting an orb—available on DevianArt. You can also turn it into a single image if needed. A utility works well, though I’m not sure how to use it manually.
