Sure, you can access the task bar by right-clicking, then choose Start or Task Manager. After that, take a screenshot of the desired area and send it here.

Sure, I can help with that. Let me make sure to clarify what you need. If you'd like a visual of the applications tab showing RAM, CPU usage graphs, just describe the layout or share a screenshot reference. I’ll format it clearly for you!

Change the start type in Task Manager to "Go" and then select "Task Manager" from the dropdown.

You asked why I felt compelled to express that. It was to clarify my perspective and ensure your understanding.

Your CPU is running at 44%, which seems okay. Your RAM appears to be at 75%. Are you experiencing any performance issues? On Windows 7, checking hard drive specifications isn’t as straightforward as on Windows 10. Windows 10 has a known problem where the drive can reach full capacity and significantly slow down the system, often taking hours to recover. Windows 7 doesn’t have this issue confirmed, but it’s possible it could be happening now. You might want to upgrade your RAM if needed. I can recommend higher-end RAM based on your motherboard’s slot count. If you prefer not to change anything, reformatting Windows—whether to 7 or 10—could help reset the system and improve speed.

If possible, since I'm in Vietnam, my RAM is DDR3. I plan to organize my files. The video below demonstrates a slow-motion effect; it even slowed down during the attempt to open this forum file (IMG_1024.MOV).
