With Windows 7 EOL in January 2020, I hoped the gaming community would encourage a move from Windows to Linux. After spending several years in a Linux development role and installing various distros, I found gaming to be much smoother on Linux. The operating system didn’t interfere with my setup and actually let me perform better. In 2019 there were many questions about Linux gaming, but I’m aiming for 2020 to be the year everyone talks about. Why does Linux improve my sleep? It helps me relax.
