Hello, We need assistance. When Windows reaches the first restart screen, it restarts again, and then when we attempt to launch it once more to complete the installation, it displays an error: "Windows has failed or encountered an unexpected error." This version has been tested on two other machines, which function properly. It's a brand-new build, using several installation discs and two USB drives. Can anyone identify the possible issue?
