you can't.... but tip, you should fresh install windows when changing motherboard especially different chipsets

When purchasing an upgrade for Windows 8, it seems the OEM removal is typically handled automatically, as happened with my Vista setup. Upgrading from Vista to 7 worked smoothly even on new motherboards.

Purchase from OEM and proceed directly. If it's a ready-made unit, the key won't work again.
