Windows 7 freezing or hanging for a few minutes after powering off from sleep mode
Your Windows 7 system is experiencing frequent freezes when waking from sleep. You can interact with the interface but can't press CTRL+ALT+DEL or launch new applications. Connectivity and internet services are also disrupted. The computer needs a hard reboot to resolve the issue. I've attempted disk cleanup, defragmentation, and virus scans without success.
