Hey, I'm searching for a legitimate Windows 7 copy with a valid product key. I’m open to any edition, though Pro would be ideal. I noticed a used copy on Amazon for around $100, but it was from an OEM source—maybe not the best option. Are there any non-OEM versions available?

For a single PC purchase, OEM is suitable. Non-OEM options will cost significantly more. I own the OEM build and transferred it to other machines without issues, though results might differ since some users reported problems.

OEM is acceptable since it implies you won’t need to contact MS for help. Retail sales stopped last year, and all non-Professional OEM versions were discontinued by October 31, 2014. That leaves Pro as the sole option.
