Your search indexer appears to have issues. Ensure the Windows Search service is active and verify that your start menu is properly indexed.

Open Command Prompt by pressing WIN+R, then type services.msc and press Enter. Scroll through until you locate Windows Search, ensure it’s set to automatic startup and active, and restart if needed.

Did you apply any system adjustments? Were you using a method to turn off Cortana? Look into Event Viewer for any related errors. (Press right-click on the Start Menu button (or press Win+X) > Event Viewer, then navigate under "Windows Logs" > "System" and "Applications" on the left sidebar. Check for entries about Cortana, Start Menu, or Indexing.)
