Drives don’t include an operating system; you must purchase a key and a USB stick to install the boot CD or use an official USB from Microsoft for Windows.

What you express is accurate from a technical standpoint, but since Data Lifeguard Diagnostic runs on a DOS environment, it could confuse someone unfamiliar with that system.
