I've been attempting to upgrade to Windows 2004 for several days. Each time I try to install, the system restarts into recovery and then refuses to finish, showing error code 0XC1900101-0xC20016 during the safe installation phase. I've followed all troubleshooting steps from Microsoft, but the issue persists. Recently, I tried installing directly from the ISO in Windows, but it still doesn't work. The only alternative I'm considering is a full reinstall, though I'm not sure if that would be necessary.
