Hey, your laptop was performing really well until the Windows update yesterday. Now it feels sluggish, especially with apps like Discord, Chrome, and settings taking a long time to launch. You have a Core i3-7100U, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, and an M.2 SSD with full specs. CPU usage stays around 12%. Someone might know why this happened or how to fix it.

Revert the latest change as an update is causing issues with certain Lenovo and other laptops.

Pause notifications once you revert changes. Microsoft mentioned they are developing a fix.

I'm not sure... Windows handles it on its own. I only observed the variation in how apps load, so I looked into newer updates. The latest version I managed to download was 1909.
