Windows 11 uses a combined home directory setup
Hi everyone. I recently set up my new PC about two months ago. I installed Windows 11 without any extra software—just the basics. I didn’t use Office or anything else. But I ended up clicking a confusing button, which messed up my User folder completely. Now all my usual files in File Explorer point to C:\Users\myname\OneDrive[library name], even though I don’t actually use OneDrive. If it had backed up everything on my desktop, I’d be paying a huge fee for storage. How can I fix this so everything stays inside my own C:\Users\myname folder? I often write code in the OneDrive area and get mixed up about where it works.
