Evening everyone, there was a sudden problem with my PC. It started posting normally, but right after the bio it would blue screen and display an error saying "Inaccessible Windows boot device." I have an NVMe SSD installed, everything seems connected properly. The PC worked well two days ago before this issue occurred. Also, I noticed a CMOS-related error during the first boot, but it hasn't appeared since then. Should I replace the SSD and make it the primary boot drive, or keep using it?

Failed drive detected. It isn't a complete failure, as the BIOS recognizes it. However, it prevents file explorer (Win installation) from seeing it. This is likely the simplest solution. Before starting the new Win11 install, disconnect all other drives. After your system boots up, you can reintegrate the faulty M.2 drive for data recovery if needed. Otherwise, consider disposing of the M.2 drive or filing a warranty claim if available.

Thank you for your prompt response. I plan to purchase an SSD or NVMe at Bestbuy tomorrow morning. Appreciate it!

Don't worry about the lack of DRAM in the OS drive. They might be cheaper than those with dedicated memory, but they perform poorly when used as an operating system drive. A short video to check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybIXsrLCgdM. It's possible your failed drive was also a DRAM-less SSD that stopped working, because these types don't last as long without dedicated RAM. For example, my oldest M.2 drive uses DRAM and has been running smoothly for over seven years (Samsung 960 Evo 500GB).
