Windows 11 software issues causing unresponsiveness
Hello,
I recently switched my system to Windows 11 64-bit. Since then, Google Chrome and other programs have stopped working after about 30 minutes to an hour of use. This didn’t happen on Windows 10.
I’ve tried some fixes like using DDU to clear graphics drivers and removing unnecessary files.
My current specs are:
- GPU: RTX 3070Ti FE
- CPU: Ryzen 9 5950X
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB @ 3600MHz (Dual Channel)
- Motherboard: B450 - F Gaming II (Latest BIOS Version)
Storage:
#1: Samsung 980 Pro M.2 (2 TB) NVME
#2: Samsung 980 Pro M.2 (1 TB) NVME - [Windows Installed on this drive]
PSU: ASUS ROG STRIX 1000W Gold
Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I can try to resolve this problem?
Both NVMe drives are roughly half full. I'm currently installing a fresh Windows 11 version.
Hello. I successfully performed a new installation of Windows 11. The freezing issue has been resolved, and the software is functioning properly. Thank you for the suggestion.
