I received an update (23H2) that won’t install, staying at 0%. Someone suggested pausing and then unpausing updates to see if it would start the process. When I paused, it just displayed “pausing updates.” It’s been two hours since I tried this, and I can’t unpause them—it seems stuck. Restarting my PC didn’t help. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
