In short, you're using Windows 11 with two monitors. When you switch them off to use Chrome Cast or put the PC to sleep, the screen often fails to appear correctly—sometimes the taskbar disappears entirely and stays unresponsive until you press Windows key. While casting to your TV, the taskbar freezes and doesn't show up at all. This issue has persisted for a couple of weeks and is becoming increasingly frustrating. You've already tried restarting, updating, and using Task Manager, but nothing resolved it. Your Samsung monitor works fine when off, but turning off the LG monitor causes the same taskbar problems. Anyone have any ideas or solutions?

Your operating system version is 22000.2176 and you're using an MSI GTX 1060 with 6GB of RAM.
