It's on my non-OS SSD, I'm attempting to disconnect to check if the drive is responsible for the problem. I'll update you once I have more info.
I attempted without the HDD, but the issue persists. Removing the OS SSD isn’t possible since it contains the OS, and the Nvme SSD is stuck because of a chip in the screw—there’s a risk of further damage if you try to take it out.
not sure what you mean by chipped the screw.....? those are quite small but made from stainless steel so very strong ? The reason for trying to remove the connections to the drives is to isolate if the issue is on your boot drive or something with the other 2. Seems your HDD when disconnected makes no difference so that removes at least one of the 3. I suppose you could try going to the search bar type in cmd and select open as admin. then type in the following sfc /scannow the command in bold type you can also copy paste then hit enter. it will simply run through system files on your boot drive and often manages to fix or replace any corrupt missing or damaged system files. So much more convenient when it works than reinstalling after a format.
