I was using VrChat with friends and noticed my mouse displayed an orange circle instead of the usual blue loading circle. When I searched for information, I couldn't find any details about it. I'm on Windows 11 with the latest update. Could someone clarify what this means? Thank you.

It seems limited to VRChat's interface. Users can generally change skins, pointers, and other visual elements.

This just occurred once and never again. I don't believe it's connected to Vrchat.
