During a Windows 11 reboot, my display goes dark with no signal and USB devices stop working. This black screen happens every time I restart, so I often force restart the computer. I turned off Expo, activated optimized defaults, disabled fast boot, but the issue persists. BIOS updates haven’t fixed it—even after multiple updates. Should I consider purchasing the GSKill NEO RAM? Its QVL matches my motherboard (CL30, 32GB 6000MHz DDR5, CL30, not QVL with my motherboard). After waiting 30 minutes post-restart, the screen remained unresponsive and USB devices still lacked power even though the PC stayed on. The CPU is a Ryzen 7800X3D, with NZXT Kraken Elite 280mm, 32GB 6000MHz RAM, ASUS Prime B650 Plus GPU, GigaByte 4070 SSD, SK Hynix Platinum 2TB, and it’s running Windows 11 Pro.

Is your GPU configured to run as the top graphics device in the BIOS settings? Your chip includes an integrated graphics unit, which might display the startup screen there.

You can look for the information in the BIOS settings under the "System Information" or "Advanced" section, often labeled as "BIOS" or "System Details."
