There seems to be an issue with the licensing offer you're considering. The price quoted is £202.80 per license, which may not align with the product details or availability. You might want to verify the terms or contact the seller for clarification.

someone mentioned they couldn't run their PC with the product keys, even though their IT specialist followed all the steps. It seems the instructions don't really need to be used.

You are certain they can be bought from there, but the decision is complex. Low-cost Windows keys might be OEM or volume licensed originally, and using them isn't recommended. Many of these keys are fake, stolen, or obtained through fraudulent means. Despite this, they may still function indefinitely, fail to work, or be revoked by Microsoft when discovered. For businesses, it's wise to purchase directly from Microsoft. Otherwise, you risk all your systems being deactivated eventually.

Or perhaps the connection below, my inquiry is whether it's permissible?

Check if you believe in Groupon UK vendors, but be cautious on your own.

If your clients act cheap, reach out to MS immediately for a volume license.
From the perspective above:
"If you're managing a business, take the correct action and buy from Microsoft. Otherwise, you might eventually face the situation where all your machines are turned off."
