I have a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro running Windows 11. I’m experiencing some issues that seem linked. Over the past month, my laptop has randomly crashed and restarted. This happens more often when I leave it on battery for short periods—sometimes just a few minutes, sometimes longer. During these restarts, it can get stuck in a boot loop. The "Legion" icon appears with a loading circle, followed by a black screen, then the same cycle repeats. Occasionally, the system tries to self-diagnose, showing messages like "Diagnosing problems." These loops can persist even after a while, but eventually the PC will boot again. I’m unsure what’s causing it and don’t want to visit Lenovo unless necessary. If it doesn’t work, I might need to format the C drive and reinstall Windows 11. Notes: I ran chkdsk twice without issues, checked power settings, and the BIOS version is JUCN43WW. The latest update is JUCN63WW from December 1, 2023, with a download link available. I’m cautious about BIOS updates since a crash could happen unexpectedly.
