It seems the issue involves a flickering black background on your screen when using Chrome, especially with Windows' dark mode enabled. The problem appears to be random and rapid, affecting both web pages and the desktop itself, with a dark tint over the top that shifts to solid black. You've confirmed all drivers are up-to-date, including your MSI Optix Mag 271CQR and RTX 2070.

Begin with a complete DDU driver wipe and reinstall, then we can proceed.

I've removed all display drivers completely and also tried safemode, but the issue appears only on my main monitor. My second monitor is a different brand—an LG 27UL850-W 27-inch UHD. I’m not sure if the main monitor is malfunctioning, but it seems to start acting up right after I upgraded to Windows 11. Maybe I should consider replacing the monitor or checking further.
