Hello everyone, I've been testing Windows 11 beta and development on several machines without any issues. I recently attempted it on my gaming PC (on a different drive) and encountered the error message: "There is a problem with your games setup. Please reinstall your game." I've tried repairing and reinstalling the games, but it doesn't resolve the issue. The latest GeForce drivers are installed, everything seems up to date, and even reinstalling Origin didn't help. No one else has reported this problem?

Have these games been tested on a Windows 11 device? Do they function properly using Windows 10 on the same setup? Windows 11 is in beta and not yet stable for production, so issues might arise even after initial success.

I haven't checked them on Windows 11 yet. The same hardware on Windows 10 works just fine. I did try the beta version because of that, and since the game is big and the OS will be officially out soon, I expect it should run (though there might still be some issues).

I just discovered this. Installing Direct X is necessary for running the older versions on a fresh setup.

Great, thanks! It was taking some time to figure it out.
