Hello fellow forum members! I’m facing a persistent issue that’s been bothering me for about a month. Around December 16th, my computer began to crash randomly. It usually freezes after certain triggers. If I have Opera, DroidCam, or Roblox installed, it crashes completely after just an hour. Also, after downloading 20 GB of data, the system fails as well. I’ve tried many solutions but nothing seems to work. I double-checked all hardware connections and reinstalled Windows twice, yet the problem continues. I’m still unsure what’s causing this. Please help me understand what might be going on. Also, note that after a BSOD, the system can’t save a dump file. Loading stops at 0%, and the PC restarts. Sometimes it appears transparent, and there’s a Windows update (version k:5033375) I can’t delete. I’ll share a photo of the BSOD if that would be useful. My machine is a prebuilt Legion T7-34IMZ5 Desktop from Lenovo. It has an Intel i9 processor (11th Gen, 3.50GHz), 3.40 GHz, and 2 x 16 GB RAM with a 3070 Ti GPU. I’m hoping you can assist or offer some advice.
