My lord, I've been trying to switch from Windows 10 to Windows 11 for quite some time now, but it's been a long struggle. For reasons I don't fully understand, the upgrade would consistently fail and revert back to the older version. Today, I bought a new M.2 drive to assist with a fresh installation of Windows 11 on a different storage device. The setup seemed to go through the USB media without issues, but once I rebooted, I encountered frequent BSODs right after the POST. Various error codes appeared—Kernel Security Check Failure, Kernel Mode Heap Corruption, System Thread Exception not Handled, among others. It appears the problem lies with drivers, though updating them has proven difficult since I can't access the operating system easily. I've managed to reproduce the issue on a reliable SSD. I've run basic memory tests, swapped BIOS versions and settings, reset the CMOS multiple times, and even booted into Windows 10 via the bootloader. Windows 11 remains elusive. My motherboard is an ASUS Crosshair Hero VI (x570) with a Ryzen 9 5900x, a 32GB DDR4 dual-channel 3200GHz RAM, a Samsung 980 PRO NVMe PCIe 4.0 M.2 2TB drive. Please help me get through this.

Thanks for the help. I tried all these steps but nothing worked. Then I had an idea—maybe the secondary NIC card in the PCIe x2 slot is the problem. Surprisingly, it boots now! Problem solved 😊
