I accidentally installed Windows 11 on your laptop by pressing update and shutdown instead of shutdown. After learning online how to undo it, the issue with connecting to the printer remains. Once you re-downloaded Windows 11, printing works again. To fix the printer connection in Windows 10, check the printer settings or contact support for further help.
