You’ve built a new PC and installed Windows 11 using USB. After signing in with your Microsoft account and purchasing an OEM key, the activation process is blocking you. The error message indicates the hardware has changed and suggests checking the internet connection before retrying. Make sure you’re connected to the web and try again later.

It seems you'd like to request a replacement key from the reseller.

You cease purchasing OEM keys because you aren't an OEM. You may: A) Purchase a retail key from Microsoft B) Employ it inactive C) Search piracy discussions on Reddit

You're checking if a new key will function properly. The system isn't confirming prior usage, so just changing the key might resolve the issue.

It seems the message indicates the hardware change notice comes up because a key was previously accessed. There are online resources about clearing keys from your computer, though this might not be the main issue here.

I just purchased another key, same issue again. I don't believe it's the main concern.

Attempted the initial command, received this notification: ...even though I'm already signed in as an Administrator.

I missed running the command with admin privileges. The commands executed, but the issue remained unresolved. I'm now starting over.
