When I put my computer to sleep or shut it down, the motherboard light flickers and connected USB devices also light up. I can't wake it from sleep or turn it back on without restarting my power supply. This has been happening occasionally a few months ago, but now it occurs almost every time it's idle. I suspect the problem might be with the power on my motherboard when in standby mode. Are there any BIOS settings I can adjust to help? I have an Asrock Z690 Pro RS.
