Suddenly I lost the ability to turn on HDR in Windows. The moment I press "Use HDR," the toggle switches instantly off. What could be causing this? It looks like a Windows problem since everything on the screen appears to be configured properly for HDR. Even when I disabled it on the monitor, I could still turn it on in Windows, though the display didn’t look quite right. I've tested various cables, but nothing seems to have triggered this change or any Windows update at the time. I haven’t made any adjustments to the PC that should have led to this issue.

Your monitor in your message doesn't have HDR support, but it does support it on the website. After some research, it seems the information contradicts other posts on Reddit's Steam community.

My display can handle HDR. The information in my profile was old, so I removed it.
