Windows 11 25H2 doesn't maintain precise timing by default.
It might be configured for UTC. Verify if your OS has the registry entry linked previously.
I discovered that syncing the clock in Windows 10 and 7 and switching between them kept the time correct. Changing to version 11 caused issues affecting other operating systems. A suggestion from some users helped clarify that one OS causing discrepancies was the culprit. To resolve it, I restored an image from 23H2, updated it fully, ran SFC/SCANOW, and repaired disk errors (none found). Afterward, I upgraded to 24H2, and everything is working smoothly so far. The 25H2 installation required formatting the SSD, which might have caused problems with my old CPU—possibly a compatibility issue. If anyone else faces this, consider a fresh 24H2 install and keep backup images handy. Thanks for your support! This forum has been extremely useful for troubleshooting PC problems. Your help means a lot. Side note: if you're still on Windows 7, try the "legacy update" tool for updates.
