Hello everyone... I've been dealing with this problem for a few months after switching to Windows 11 24H2. My microphone keeps turning on even when I'm playing games or using apps like OBS, and it also opens unexpectedly in Google Chrome or when Nvidia Broadcast tries to launch. I've tried everything, but there seems to be no solution yet. I can't go back to Windows 22H2 because I had to delete my files, and I'm really frustrated. Microsoft and Nvidia haven't addressed this issue either.

You can open the Sounds menu by right-clicking the speaker icon in the system tray and selecting it. Go to the Recording section. Click on your microphone and open its properties. In the Advanced settings, turn off the options for exclusive control and priority mode. Save the changes and try again. Let me know if that works. Good luck!
