I've had very few, very minor issues. Creative Labs was pretty slow to roll out Windows 10 drivers for their X-Fi cards, and I've had some issues with folder permissions after an upgrade. Otherwise it's been fine. Games do not need to explicitly list Windows 10 compatibility to work fine. I haven't found any games that have any serious issues running under Windows 10. Since the OS hasn't changed under the hood that much, there isn't much reason to expect otherwise.
