The search bar and Edge indicate no internet connection, yet Chrome and Windows say otherwise. This inconsistency is clear. Here’s how to troubleshoot: check your network settings, restart devices, verify app permissions, and ensure updates are installed. Let me know if you need further help!

It seems you're dealing with incorrect networking or proxy configurations. Your current OS might have caused issues, but a fresh installation should resolve the problem regardless.

You blocked Microsoft’s communications by using specific methods. You’re asking how you achieved this and whether others can do the same.

It's weird how my network behaves these days. The downside is that I can't link my internal network for files or printers, but home streaming and regular internet work just fine. My connection seems all messed up.

Interesting fact. I was running Windows 8.1, and this issue began after a clean installation I performed.

After the fresh setup, I’m planning to update the latest drivers. It seems one of three possible reasons—BIOS settings, driver issues, or system files—might be causing the problem.

It successfully linked to the internet. After taking out the cable and reinserting it, I restarted the network settings on Windows.
