Windows 10 works well with Nvidia graphics cards.
You're using Windows 10, and during the installation it automatically added Nvidia drivers. You've installed GeForce Experience to ensure compatibility. Unlike Windows 8.1, there aren't any dedicated Nvidia driver tools available now. In the control panel, you'll find no Nvidia-specific settings—just resolution adjustments. Microsoft support seems overwhelmed right now. How can I help you fix these problems and get your drivers working properly?
Download the 353.62 driver straight from NVIDIA. My setup is functioning smoothly with four monitors.
You can remove it manually without using the control panel. Check your system settings or application preferences for uninstall options.
Since this is an NVIDIA based thread I figured I should post my issues here as well. I have all of the normal NVIDIA apps and sub applets that come with the driver install but there is still something missing and that is CUDA, yes CUDA. For some odd reason it is disabled the RTM version of Windows 10 and none of the drivers from NVIDIA can re-enable it. For most people this is no issue but for me and the fact that I use CUDA to leverage Adobe Premiere, is a big issue. If anyone has a quick fix for this please let me know.
Hi, I own an EVGA GXT 960 with the SSC model. Before upgrading to Windows 10, I ran a Cinebench test. After the upgrade, and then after installing the NVIDIA Windows 10 driver 353.62, the results showed Windows 10 at the top with a score of 353.62. The next best was Windows 10 third place, and the lowest was Win8.1 with its latest driver. There was a noticeable improvement in performance, though it wasn't huge.
