Windows 10 won't remain in the chosen power setting.
I've been dealing with power settings and overclocking issues. When the CPU reaches 100%, it automatically boosts to 5.4GHz, but at 99% it stays at 4.4GHz. The problem is that sleeping or restarting resets the settings back to the default. I've tried saving a plan, but it doesn't help. I even checked Group Policy to enforce a specific setting, but it failed. It's been a week trying to fix this without much success. I'm not using any AMD software, and no changes were made to the motherboard settings. It seems Windows itself might be the issue, possibly related to MSI Center or other programs not running. The system is Windows 10 Home, version 10.0.19045, and it's a fresh installation about two weeks ago. Anyone have suggestions?
