Windows 10 VSync Problem?
I prefer Half-Vsync for gaming. With a 60Hz monitor, I expect around 30-31 FPS. It doesn’t seem to function in any game, as it appears to overwrite frames when my FPS exceeds 40. Could you help figure out what’s causing this issue?
I'm not sure, but I would turn off vsync and cap the frame rate at 30 frames per second.
Several titles include a feature to control the frame rate within the game itself
