I noticed a few unexpected changes. It seems the issue started after the Windows 10 1803 update. The RX480 GPUs were working well before, but now they keep running fans even when nothing is being done. Could be related to the new interface or settings.

After installing the latest Windows 10 update, you can return to the Fall Creators Update menu by selecting Start, then Settings, Update & Security, Recovery, and finally choosing to go back to the earlier version of Windows 10.

AMD provided drivers for version 1803, but you need to be using that version to install and use them correctly.
