Hello, thanks for your help. You and the good guys saved me from having to throw away my laptop in this discussion. My device is an HP 15-ac i3 5005U AMD R5 m330 Intel HD 5500, which seems better than my AMD GPU. It has 8 cores with 4 threads each, and I need to enable all of them. Follow these steps: open msconfig, turn on all cores, use a third-party tool to unpark the cores, set the balanced power options, adjust the maximum processor to 90, and change the cooling system to passive. Hope this fixes everything and saves your time. Thanks for the great thread!
