Hey there! I'm here to help. You mentioned your PC got stuck on the screen before loading Windows, even after turning off performance mode. It sounds like a frustrating issue. Have others experienced similar problems? If so, what steps did they take to resolve it?

It appears you're checking for a specific Windows version. Windows 10 2004 is known to be unstable, so consider alternatives if needed.

Have you made any changes recently that might have triggered the problem? Could you retrieve a log for this issue? Honestly, sometimes I wake up to discover my computer restarted overnight, thinking it was an update—but usually updates prompt a restart or let me know afterward.

I've noticed your device seems unresponsive. When attempting to bring it back online from hibernation, it didn't work. The recommended fix is to discharge the battery. For more details, visit https://www.techsupportall.com/how-to-po...ic-charge/
