For W10 Insiders using 4K or higher displays, I’d like to share my thoughts on how smoothly the OS performs. Are there any notable improvements compared to W7/8.1 in terms of scaling? Your feedback would help me understand what to expect when upgrading to a 4K monitor. Thanks ahead!

It performs better than Win7 for me, and Windows 8.1 also manages 4K resolution more effectively than Win7

This response doesn't provide a clear comparison to W10, only a vague statement.
