Windows 10 doesn't boot properly with a dual monitor setup. The fans on my GPU became noisy when I switched cables, using the same HDMI and DisplayPort as before. My PC specs are Intel 10100f, 16GB DDR4, 2666MB RAM, Palit 1650, 256GB SSD, 600W PSU, 80+ Bronze. Any additional details would help with troubleshooting.

Hello! Yes, disconnecting the second monitor regularly allows the PC to boot successfully. Have you attempted booting with just the second monitor?

It looks like the issue might be with the monitor, cable, or port. Check which connection type the second monitor uses—HDMI works best with a TV.
