Hi, do you have any suggestions to resolve this? I just downloaded a new version from the internet, the Pro edition, but the store didn’t work properly.

It seems like an issue exists, I've encountered the same problem before, so the best option is to wait for a resolution.

The App store runs on Windows as a Universal App, while regular Windows desktop apps use GPU rendering. The issue usually lies with your graphics card drivers. Typically, the Get Windows 10 app would inform you about problems or indicate that an update isn't available. When you try to upgrade, you encounter difficulties. Now you can only check for daily driver updates from your hardware, hoping they resolve the issue. Many companies are working on their drivers since Windows 10 was released, so you might have to wait up to a month. Microsoft is collaborating with manufacturers to speed up driver improvements.
