The disk where Windows 10 is installed appears as read-only in Disk Management. Its attributes show "Current Read-only State: Yes, Read-only: No." Your computer failed to boot yesterday and DISM showed you couldn't write to the drive. The drive is an Intel 660P. You considered a full reinstall but now suspect the disk might be locked.

Consider testing it anyway, though SSDs often become read-only after failure. If your BIOS offers SSD Erase or Secure Erase, try using it and then check if reinstalling Windows succeeds. If it remains read-only, you’ll have to return the drive for replacement.
