Hey there! Yesterday night I spent time gaming on my PC until it suddenly turned blue. After restarting, Windows ran diagnostics and startup repair but kept showing the same "could not fix your problem" message. I've already run chkdsk and sfc /scannow, but nothing seems to help. I tried using sfc /verifyonly which indicated corrupt files, though. I remember fixing it before by reinstalling Windows 10, but now I only have one installation CD left—Windows 7—which I need to upgrade from. The drive mostly has Windows and drivers, but I don’t want to reinstall everything again. I also attempted a reset through the built-in option, but that didn’t work either. Could you assist me? ~Me

Thanks for your response! I used those tools and /rebuildcd reported no valid installs, fixmbr finished, fixboot done with nothing changing. I also ran every command on all drives without success. I understand my boot drive (Samsung SSD) is labeled E: and C: is reserved for Windows. All other drives were unplugged. Hope this helps a bit!
